About this position

The Maintenance Manager (INSEE Superblock) is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facilities, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with regulations, and the development of maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs
• Perform daily and weekly inspection of facility to ensure smooth operations
• Manage the maintenance cost to align with budgetary and business direction
• Maintain accurate record of maintenance operations and present to upper management reports of daily activities
• Coach, mentor, train and develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements
• Ensure the compliance with laws and regulations of the plant operations covering licenses, OH&S etc
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering preferable in Electrical and Mechanical
• At least 10 years of engineering experience with 4 years successful experience in management level position in engineering and maintenance
• Strong in operational safety and OH&S knowledge
• Strong knowledge of engineering theory, practice and procedure
• Knowledge of light weight concrete production
• Knowledge of community / local government relationship management
