Responsibilities
• Lead process improvement initiatives within logistics operations to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Execute project-based activities aimed at optimizing logistics processes and systems.
• Support the resolution of system-related incidents impacting logistics operations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and align improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to logistics processes and systems.
• Analyze data and metrics related to logistics operations to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise and support for logistics software, transportation management systems (TMS), and other relevant technology tools to ensure effective operation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree of Logistics/Engineering/Economics/Business Administration
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process improvement and project management within logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
• Proven track record in business transformation or process re-engineering/improvement within logistics or supply chain contexts.
• Proficiency with logistics software, transportation management systems (TMS), and relevant technology tools (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA Logistics, Oracle Transportation Management).
• Experience in safety standards adherence, quality compliance, customer complaint management, and stakeholder relationship management.
