Key Account Manager/Sales Engineer (ระยอง)
About this position
Support company’s supply chain, sales/distribution channel to achieve sales volume, net sale and to ensure channel security and take care of professional customer through providing technical expertise and support in cement products.
Responsibilities
• Create / deliver sale initiative, attractive activities to each customer and maintain long-term partner relationship with key account proactively.
• Organize sale activities to up cement selling through each cement channel. Estimate bulk cement demand, offer high quality service promptly for key clients and solve problems to ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels.
• Monitor bulk cement market movement in responsible area(s) and be able to summarize and suggest action plan to supervisor.
• Be able to manage sales process through valued chain, for example solving customer transaction process problem by cooperation with other departments, such as Technical Service, Logistics, etc. in order to ensure the collaboration, i.e. transportation management to deliver product to customer.
• Identify key account customer needs and review marketing requirements in order to achieve sales goals under fluctuation demand and uncertain market situation.
• Improve and promote company products with high performance and quality of cement market under limited condition i.e. production standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or related fields.
• 6 years of experience in construction engineering and/or other related businesses.
• Have background in business management and sales particularly in construction business.
• Knowledge of cement, concrete product and construction business.
• Knowledge of project management practice and procedures.
• Knowledge of basic business strategy and basic financial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
