Key Account Manager/Project Sales Engineer (Chinese Speaking)
About this position
The Key Account Manager/Project Sales Engineer (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for driving sales performance, building long-term relationships with key customers, and seeking new sales opportunities to increase market share and achieve company targets.
Responsibilities
• Drive Sales performance to achieve company target and Increase RMX market share with maximize profit and sustainable growth.
• Build long term relationship and partnership with SCCO's Chinese key customers and stakeholders to secure and increase share of wallet.
• Seek new sales opportunities on responsible's key accounts each market segmentation and convert the prospect projects to be sales volume with smart deals.
• To implement sales strategies to achieve target of Sales volume, Average Selling Price and EBITDA including of customer satisfaction.
• To create and hunt for opportunities to sell Infrastructure and industrial project.
• To prepare price structure and sales condition for bidding large projects.
• To negotiate with customer and prepare sales contract for large projects.
• To build long term relationship and partnership with SCCO's Chinese key customers and stakeholders to increase market share with maximize profit and sustainable growth.
• To develop skills and knowledge to grow and succeed on expected career path.
Requirements
• Industry Experience: 3 years of experience in the ready mix concrete industry, with a strong understanding of the production process, concrete mixes, and industry regulations, logistics and supply chain management.
• Sales Experience: 3 years of experience in sales and business development within the construction or concrete industry. Proven success in driving sales and building customer relationships.
• Prefer Chinese speaking with sale skill.
• Working areas is Chonburi and Rayong.
• Own valid driving license.
