About this position

Act as Business Partner to provide and analyze accurate business performance and sound business advices to all line managers based on financial aspects. Prepare and coordinate to have the completed and very accurate related assumptions for planning process and ensure that all are aligned with company strategy and business plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide and analyze Commercial & RTM’s (which includes M&S, Logistics and Plant Logistics functions) performance tracking and facilitate their management processes to all line managers across SCCC.
• Support overall Commercial & RTM processes within SCCC inclusive of planning, Sales incentive approval process, and performance tracking to assure streamline operation with optimum efficiencies.
• Establish and ensure to have the completed and very accurate Commercial & RTM planning (i.e. latest estimated, outlook, budget, 5 years financial planning) and ensure that all are aligned with company strategies and business plan.
• Conduct and lead Credit committee meeting to follow up the long AR outstanding in order to minimize bad debt.
• Conduct a minimum of four field visits per month to gather and analyze market insights and trends.
• Complete periodically IMC (INSEE Minimum Control) requirements.
• Support direct and in-direct supervisors in the development and implementation of ad-hoc tasks and analysis mainly on business initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field. MBA is a plus.
• At least 5 years experiences in financial planning within a large organization preferably strong commercial background.
• Technical knowledge in cement, construction materials or commercial businesses.
• Solid background in marketing & sales, logistics functions with exposure in end to end process (planning/approval/execution/performance tracking).
• Strong analytical skill.
• Good communication skill and negotiation skills.
