Compliance, Permit and System Management Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with regulations by communicating all compliance requirement to concerned people, regularly monitoring operations, giving recommendation of the risk for non-compliance.
• Develop and implement comprehensive environmental monitoring plans for INSEE Ecocycle. Oversee and manage environmental activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and prepare environmental permit applications. Manage external permitting actions, coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary approvals.
• Establish and maintain plans to control and improve environmental standards and management systems. Ensure all systems and standards are up-to-date and compliant with industry best practices.
• Conduct ISO audits within the business, identifying areas of non-compliance with pre-defined procedures. Recommend and implement improvements to address non-compliance and enhance overall system effectiveness.
• Develop and execute an audit plan to ensure the implementation of standards and systems.
• Conduct accurate and valid audits, providing detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with all OHS&E regulations and standards for INSEE Ecocycle.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
• Bachelor or master’s degree in Laws or Engineer or Environmental Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years successful experience in ISO, environment compliances, standards in a manufacturing or services industry
• Experience in communication effectively with people within and outside organization or relevant stakeholders.
• Knowledge on waste management or industrial services industry
• Ability to build network and relationship skill
• Effective communication, Good interpersonal and Presentation skills
• Able to travel upcountry
