About this position

The Business Development Associate - Chinese Segment is responsible for initiating contact with potential Chinese customers, managing sales pipelines, conducting market research, and driving sales revenue growth through key account management and strategic alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential Chinese customers in targeted industries and convert leads into sales opportunities. Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new business.
• Conduct market research on competition, understand customer needs, and feedback to LBM leadership on how can we improve our product/solution offering and marketing communication.
• Focus on managing key accounts to drive sales revenue and EBITDA growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the customer base.
• Identify and exploit white spaces and growth opportunities in various industries to increase LBM solutions sales consisting of Mortar, INSEE Superblock and Conwood directly driving revenue growth.
• Align with and deliver the company’s business strategies by ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded in the Chinese market.
• Translate documents and conversations from Chinese to Thai and vice versa, ensuring clear communication with customers and prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Chinese business for coordination, professional selling or services serving customers.
• Experiences in sales coordination, sales management, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across diverse business units or markets is a big plus.
• Fluent Chinese language both verbal and written is a must.
• Business Acumen.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
