About this position

Responsibilities

• พิจารณารายการและบันทึกบัญชีรายได้อื่นๆ ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท
• ออกเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบกำกับภาษี ใบลดหนี้ ใบเพิ่มหนี้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรายการอื่นๆของบริษัท โดยถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และตรงเวลา
• จัดพิมพ์และส่งเอกสารวางบิลโดยถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และตรงเวลา
• สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้าทั้งภายในและภายนอก เพื่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
• รับผิดชอบงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน AR ออกใบกำกับภาษีอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• มีทักษะการใช้ SAP ในระดับดี
• มีพื้นฐานในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ (การเขียนและการอ่าน)
