About this position

To provide efficiency business to manage the business analyzing and collection process of all in Siam City Concrete business. Analyzing data to support management and managing the team to work properly, timely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Performing business analysis regarding on cost analysis, collection and related topics.
• Provide report and analyze business performance including necessary information.
• Initiate/develop process improvement to streamline the current procedures.
• Acts as Business Partner to collaborate with Operation, Accounting and Controlling teams to resolve issues and suggest for preventive actions.
• Monitor and tracking the status of cost control, account receivable and customer payment.
• Ensure the accuracy of Margin Management data and report (SAP BI).
• Involve in Forecast, Budget and Fin plan preparation.
• Prepare for month/year end closing works.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields, engineering background is advantage.
• 3+ years experiences of analytical tasks in construction business and/or other related businesses.
• Knowledge of business models and strategy.
• SAP, BI, MS Office.
• Good in English skills.
