About this position
The Strategic Operation (SPX) position focuses on developing and implementing operational excellence strategies aligned with company objectives, driving initiatives to enhance service levels, and supporting local operations through data analytics.
Responsibilities
• Develop Operational Excellence strategy and implementation plan in line with company's objectives
• Drives last mile initiatives to improve Service-Level Agreement (SLA), quality improvements, productivity gain and cost reduction
• Liaise with regional team to implement regional initiatives and benchmark performance
• Data analytics and data support for local operations team
• Liaise with operations team to improve on the ground operations
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Supply Chain Operations Management related field is preferred
• At least 1 years of work experience in e-commerce / logistics / management consulting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Have strong project management skills including interpersonal & communication skills
• A proactive, fast learner, team player and leader with ability to work and manage diverse team communities in dynamic environments
• Adept at understanding business priorities to forecasting and analyses, detail oriented, and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in excel/gsheet, SQL is a plus
