About this position

The Seller Governance Agent at Shopee is responsible for managing seller requests, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and supporting team objectives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• To review and execute on change requests from sellers. (e.g. change shipping channel, screen seller listing)
• To complete assign tasks within a timely manner
• Able to adapt in a demanding environment to achieve own KPI
• Call out to seller to invite to join Operation Programs
• Ensure appeal and exemption decision are being made within appropriate guidelines
• Work in team and support other team members to achieve team’s KPI
• Escalate any situation as needed
• Report own performance to team leads
• Support on ad-hoc request business partners or other teams that have high impact

Requirements

• Be able to read, write and speak in both English and Thai
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work under pressure
• 0 - 2 years of experience in jobs related to e-commerce, seller operations, modern trade, or logistic providers.
• High-proficiency in written language, some excel or data management skill set is a plus
