About this position

The Online Marketing position at ShopeeFood involves creating engaging content for social media, managing the Meta platform, and executing paid performance marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and creative content for the Meta platform to raise brand awareness and customer engagement
• Produce and develop a variety of social media content, including text captions, short videos, images, and photo shooting
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor content strategies to identify opportunities for growth
• Act as a media owner to manage ShopeeFood Meta platform
• Develop and schedule content aligned with brands’ marketing strategies and business direction and work with cross-functional teams
• Create performance reports with analysis in a deep understanding of social media, measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Plan media ads strategy and forecast the results based on objectives, supported by data and industry best practices
• Execute and optimize performance media (Meta Ads) with knowledge of online media ads
• Monitor and track social media metrics closely throughout the day, week, month, and quarter

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and executing social media strategies, especially Meta platform, and experience in digital marketing and communications planning/execution
• Proficiency in content creation for digital platforms, specifically in video editing skills will be a plus
• Basic knowledge of online marketing ads
• Strong structural thinking and analytical ability to identify business challenges and drive actionable plans with data support
• Strong project management and cross-functional stakeholder management
• Good knowledge of Google sheet, Google slide, Meta Ads, and other related software and hold the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools
• Possess can-do attitude
• Values ownership, has a strong work ethic, and is performance-driven
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English
