About this position

The Marketing Campaign Operation position at Shopee involves performing daily marketing operations tasks for Digital Products, collaborating with internal teams, and managing campaigns to drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily marketing operations tasks for Digital Product with high accuracy to drive marketing and sales activities such as media set up and slot allocation, manage and fill in marketing trackers on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support end operation for marketing campaign.
• Set up campaigns and manage visibility tasks.
• Work on any assigned project-based role to drive growth for Shopee Digital Products such as increase user awareness and user retention.
• Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, graphic designer, legal, finance, and operation teams.
• Provide suggestions on improving the operation process for more efficiency and create banners, microsites, and social media content.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks for campaign setup when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration, or any related field. Minimum 1 years of working experience in marketing or related fields. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
• Very detail-oriented and can work in high pressure environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in English both written and oral communication.
• work experience in e-commerce / credit industry is a plus.
