About this position
The HSE (SPX) position involves leading safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and promoting a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
• Organize and lead the Safety Committee.
• Provide safety training related to legal and specific requirements.
• Establish and oversee Safety Supervisors in accordance with legal requirements.
• Conduct audits and inspections for risk assessments and hazardous areas.
• Plan and execute safety events and promotional programs.
• Coordinate with local HSE authorities and SOC.
• Develop and implement an annual fire drill program and action plans.
• Report to the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, Area 5.
• Ensure compliance with the 13 mandatory safety duties.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Thai laws related to HSE.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships.
