HR Business partner (Shopee)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Work with business units to enhance team performance and improve climate environment aligning with company’s strategies and core values
• Facilitate BU team leads to find the solutions and proactively deliver related to HR Processes
• Builds a strong business relationship with the BUs
• Develop and shape programs to address business-specific needs covered risk concerns
• Manages complex and difficult employee-relation issues
• Be a team player of HR project designation namely talent development, organizational structure, succession plan
Requirements
• Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 4 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment; previous experience as HR generalist / HR consultant or HRBP
• Relevant experience in tech or Internet industries
• Strategic thinking: Quickly evaluates situations, combines strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
• Able to work at pace while maintaining appropriate attention to detail and standards
• Proactive and collaborative
• Comfortable to work with ambiguity and empowerment
