About this position
Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations to ensure on-time fulfillment with high accuracy and quality standard.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between HR functions and business stakeholders, maintaining seamless communication and coordination.
• Identify and proactively resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process, ensuring efficient workflows and optimized resource allocation.
• Implement and track key performance indicators to continuously improve recruitment operations and meet business demands.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or recruitment, preferably in a high volume or fulfillment-focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving process bottlenecks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record of managing projects to successful completion on time and within scope, with attention to detail and quality.
