About this position

The Disputes Agent at Shopee is responsible for managing OCPB cases, aiding customers who have experienced financial scams, discrimination, or unsafe products, and facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, handle and manage OCPB cases
• Office of Customer Protection Board (OCPB) is an authority who aids customers (buyers) who have fallen victim from financial scams, discrimination or unsafe products. Customers can file a complaint to OCPB via its online system or at the OCPB office.
• Investigate and compile data relevant to the disputes filed at OCPB.
• Contact buyers or sellers to negotiate until the buyers withdraw the cases filed at OCPB.
• Handle police document such as subpoena of witnesses and Police Daily Report.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Be able to read, write and speak in both English and Thai
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work under pressure
• Able to solve immediate problems
• Have customer service experience
• 1 - 2 years of experience in jobs related to e-commerce
• High-proficiency in written language, some excel or data management skill set is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and coordination skills
• Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working Days: 5 days/week (days off might not be Sat or Sun)
