Responsibilities
• Lead and drive customer service team
• Strategic planning, managing KPI and drive team performance and development plan
• Analyze root cause and develop the action plan.
• Manage, train and coach teams and ensure that their performance met established monitoring standards
• Ensure smooth running of daily processes to meet service level agreement
• Prepares team performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in any related fields.
• Has strong in analytical, and problem-solving. Good management and communication skills.
• 3+ years of working experience in managing customer service team
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good service mind with the ability to handle customer's complaint and inquiry
• Strong leadership ability and demonstrated ability to develop team
