About this position

The City Resource Management position at SPX Express involves analyzing data insights and cost movement of the shuttle fleet to provide insights for cost control and budgeting, coordinating with stakeholders, and checking and reconciling actual truck usage and billing amounts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data insights and cost movement of shuttle fleet to provide insights for cost control and budgeting
• Coordinate with stakeholders from operations, finance and vendor management to ensure accurate billing and cost tracking
• Check and reconcile actual truck usage and billing amount for vendor billing and accounting accrual

Requirements

• Good logical thinking skills with good number sense
• Fluent in using Excel / Google Sheet
• Good communication skills
• Good coordination skills to align with stakeholders
• Quick learning with ability to adapt to changing situation and new challenges
• Have a fighting spirit and able to work in a dynamic environment
