Accounting - Reconciliation (Bank) (ShopeePay)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Reconcile between actual bank inbound and backend data by order level
• Reconcile bank statement and outbound payment system report
• Monitor payment flow according to company's regulation
• Clearing mismatch cases and contacting banks to resolve
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports and consult ad-hoc problems to manager
• Work closely with Accounting team and other business team
• Prepare reconciliation summary report
Requirements
• A minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business field
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in auditing, accounting or finance
• Knowledge of local accounting standards
• Good Command of English both speaking and writing
• Experienced in working with Data reconciliation and deal with massive data
• Ability to work independently, is self-motivated while being a great team player
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office. SQL skill would be a plus.
• Good analytical, interpersonal, and numerical skills.
• Work well under pressure and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work within tight operational deadlines
