About this position
The Training & Learning Development Supervisor (CS) - Operations (Solo) is responsible for leading a team of trainers, developing training curricula, and ensuring effective training delivery and evaluation.
Responsibilities
• Lead a team of trainers
• Develop curriculum to support classroom training and regular refreshment training
• Conduct timely constructive feedback and counseling trainer team
• Design and evaluate training material for technical/soft skills training
• Arrange operation training and deliver some training
• Do training administration & report
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in training program design and development.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
