HSE Lead - Warehouse (Bogor)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with company standards and legal requirements.
• Lead safety and 5S audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Coordinate and deliver HSE and 5S training programs for employees to foster a strong safety culture.
• Ensure all incident investigations are conducted thoroughly, and reports are documented with corrective and preventive actions.
• Liaise with stakeholders on all HSE and 5S matters.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE initiatives and continuously drive improvements.
• Provide leadership and support to the HSE team, promoting safety awareness across the organization.
• Prepare and present reports on HSE performance to stakeholders.
Requirements
• Education requirements: Bachelor's degree in Public Health/Environmental Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
• Working experience: 3-5 years in a similar HSE role, preferably within an industrial or manufacture environment.
• Required language: English (intermediate level).
• Technical skills: - Understanding and able to implement Integrated Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001) - Experience as internal auditor - Experience in HSE program execution - Understanding HSE legal requirements and other requirements - Strong knowledge of 5S methodology - Experience handling environmental management is an advantage - Certification in AK3U is preferred - Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
