Production Control Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan and manage production control activities to improve run time, operation excellence
• Manage & evaluate logistic operations coordinate with internal stakeholder, warehouse, supplier, logistic provider, transportation company & customer, Analyst trend & data review, provide meaningful for logistic data to another in the organization to aid customer service and financial improvement
• Review and approve production plan, logistic plan to identify and fix of any potential risks
• Developing inventory control technique to avoid part shortage (AQC) and excesses stock
• Coordinate customer order inquiry with sale according to established shipment schedules
• Plan and monitor material movement in all production cycle to ensure continuous operations
• Controlling company/dept budget, manpower, inventory strategy to meet financial objective
• Lead QCD-CFT team (Patrol) to complete job order on-time and problem concern solving
• Ensure production control people follow company law, policies and SHE safety procedure
• Build effective people/process improvement of production control, inventory, factory team
• Notification of machinery orders to the relevant department and ensure communication effectiveness following
• Lead master plan / Set priority of machine by follow order sheet and sale forecast, set schedule of part delivery
• Driving to achieve KPI objective and other assignment from factory manager or upper superior
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Supply chain / Logistic Management
• Working experience in management level 3-5 years. Total service year not less than 10 years.
• High ability in ERP/SAP or similar / Applicable of computer M/S office
• Knowledge of system requirements ISO9001 & ISO14001, Internal Audit
