About this position

Position involves researching and developing new product formulas, as well as improving existing product formulas to increase efficiency or reduce costs. The role also includes quality testing, market analysis, and problem-solving related to product quality and customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop new product formulas for insecticides, agricultural products, or other related products according to specified plans
• Create new product formulas to meet future market demands
• Modify existing product formulas by changing ingredients or production methods to increase efficiency or reduce costs
• Conduct quality testing on products, research competitor products, and address quality and ingredient-related issues, customer complaints, or other testing tasks
• Prepare documentation related to product formulas for production, both domestically and for export, as well as sales support documentation to ensure manufacturing standards and quality control
• Monitor competitor products, analyze quality testing, compare strengths and weaknesses, and provide recommendations for product improvement
• Address quality issues with products, ingredient-related problems, customer complaints, or other testing tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email
• Proficiency in English language (speaking, reading, writing)
• Ability to prepare reports, analyze data to identify problems and opportunities for process improvement
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9000/ISO140001/GMP systems
• Innovative thinking and creativity in product development and innovation
