• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay
• Process operational needs and address guest requests
• Complete reports and share highlights of the local area
• Create a safe work place and follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communication
• Be on feet and moving around, taking a hands-on approach to work
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
