About this position

The Guest Experience Expert - Porter at Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers in Bangkok is responsible for creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area
• Create a safe work place and follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional appearance and communication
• Be on feet and moving around, taking a hands-on approach to work
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• No specific license or certification required
