About this position

The Team Lead Livestreaming is responsible for managing the livestream team, ensuring engaging live events, maintaining content quality, and analyzing data to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the livestream team to ensure smooth and engaging live events.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to align livestream activities with overall business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a live schedule for MCs (Master of Ceremonies) to ensure consistent and well-timed broadcasts.
• Coordinate with MCs and other relevant team members to plan and execute live events.
• Ensure all live events are well-prepared and executed on time.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage viewers during live streams.
• Review and approve the quality of short video content to ensure it meets brand standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to content creators to improve video quality.
• Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and consistent with brand messaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative marketing mechanics for live events.
• Analyze data from the seller center to measure the performance of livestreams and video content.
• Generate reports and provide insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
• Utilize data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

• [Optional] Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing livestream teams and overseeing live events.
• Strong background in content creation, with a focus on short video formats.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Proficient in using seller center data to drive decisions and improve performance.
• Ability to create and manage live schedules effectively.
• Creative thinker with experience in developing marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
