Digital Marketing (KOL)
About this position
The Digital Marketing (KOL) position involves engaging with key opinion leaders and influencers to enhance brand awareness and product promotion through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
• Identify and engage with KOLs and influencers relevant to our brand and develop strategies and budgets accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs.
• Negotiate agreements, compensation, and deliverables with KOLs within the allocated budget. Including to develop and manage contracts that outline the expected scope of work, deadlines, and compensation scenarios (including payment terms for KOLs).
• Develop and execute KOL engagement strategies to enhance brand awareness and product promotion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align KOL campaigns with overall marketing goals.
• Monitor and report on the performance of KOL partnerships.
• Design and manage KOLs planning to ensure the strategies align with business directions and excellent performance and develop strategies and budgets accordingly.
• Follow up, provide feedback, and track the KOLs' paid and non-paid content to align our product communication strategy and brand guidelines.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in influencer / KOL marketing or public relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers.
• Understanding of social media platforms and influencer dynamics.
• Fluent in English.
