About this position

Position involves listening to and recording the needs of managers and department heads to use in the job applicant selection process. Responsibilities also include tracking and verifying job application documents, updating job profiles, advertising vacant positions, selecting applicants for interviews, preparing necessary documents for interviews, providing new employees with necessary information, and assisting in other HR department tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and record the needs of managers and department heads for use in the job applicant selection process.
• Track and verify job application documents.
• Update job profiles to meet organizational requirements.
• Advertise vacant positions through various channels.
• Select applicants for interviews based on job-related qualifications.
• Prepare necessary documents and materials for interviews.
• Provide new employees with necessary information for a comfortable and informed start.
• Assist in finding employees for departments or units that need to enhance their capabilities.
• Manage and oversee new employees to ensure comfort and understanding of the organization during the initial period.
• Assist in other HR department tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently studying in Human Resources or related field.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Good attitude and willingness to express oneself.
• Internship hours: Mon-Fri 09.00-18.00.
