About this position

ตำแหน่ง Sale Coordinator จะรับผิดชอบในการจัดทำเอกสารและประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายขายกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการขายสินค้าและการจัดส่งให้ลูกค้า.

Responsibilities

• จัดทำเอกสารเบิกสินค้า เป็นใบกำกับภาษี เปิดใบสั่งซื้อ
• จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับการขายสินค้าเพื่อเป็นข้อมูลในการวิเคราะห์ เช่น ยอดขาย
• ประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายขายกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
• ดำเนินการด้านเอกสารฝ่ายขายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ออกใบกำกับภาษี เอกสาร
• ดำเนินการรวบรวมเอกสาร เพื่อส่งต่อยังสำนักงานใหญ่ ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ เช่น ฝ่ายบัญชี&การเงิน
• ประสานงานการจัดส่งสินค้าให้ลูกค้า กับฝ่ายคลังสินค้าและจัดส่ง
• หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

• จบการศึกษาระดับ ม.6 - ปวช. ขึ้นไป
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน Microsoft Word , Excel (ได้เบื้องต้น)
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการออกแบบใหม่ๆ
• มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสาร,ประสานงาน
• มีทักษะการติดต่อประสานงาน และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
• มีประสบการณ์ Sale Coordinator จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
