Telesales Associate Manager
About this position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telemarketing Associate Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence in our sales department. The Telemarketing Associate Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of telemarketing agents, devising strategic initiatives to boost sales performance, and optimizing sales processes to maximize efficiency and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead a team of telemarketing agents to drive free trial class bookings out of customer leads from various channels.
• Propose and execute strategic initiatives to enhance sales team performance, including telemarketing agents, student advisors, and marketing executives.
• Streamline sales processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Utilize data analysis to identify process bottlenecks and optimize sales efficiency and conversion rates.
• Implement efficient CRM and payment automation solutions to streamline sales operations.
• Create standard operating procedures (SOP) and guidelines for the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency and efficiency, and design a quality control (QC) system for overall sales and marketing activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales operations management, preferably in education or services.
• Strong leadership skills for effective team supervision and motivation.
• Expertise in streamlining sales processes for operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in data analysis for informed strategic decision-making.
