About this position
The Quality Control position for Telesales involves supervising and improving the quality of interactions through chat and WhatsApp, ensuring compliance with standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Conduct supervision, evaluation, and improvement of the quality of Telesales interactions via chat and WhatsApp channels to ensure compliance with company standards, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets
• Identify training needs based on evaluation results and performance analysis
• Provide direct training sessions to improve agent skills in communicating via chat and WhatsApp
Requirements
• Experience working in sales
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to provide constructive and effective feedback
• Ability to understand and explain products or services clearly
