About this position

The Project Store Designer at SEVEN Retail Group is responsible for developing innovative and functional designs for various projects, ensuring high-quality standards and effective collaboration with professional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and functional designs for restaurants, skin clinics, dental clinics, furniture, and exhibition stands using 3D software such as SketchUp and Enscape.
• Create detailed layout and 3D drawings using computer-aided-design (CAD) software.
• Produce detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings using CAD software for various projects.
• Ensure all drawings meet the required standards and specifications.
• Liaise with other professional teams including building construction engineers, project managers, and project supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Work closely with construction engineers to supervise drawing completion and ensure suitability for construction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as SketchUp and Enscape.
• Strong skills in CAD software for creating detailed layouts and MEP drawings.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, building regulations, and construction processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
