Activity Operations Supervisor (Sparks Sports Academy)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations across centers, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate coaches and teachers to enhance performance and quality.
• Manage class schedules and resources effectively.
• Implement training programs for consistent program delivery.
• Collaborate with the Curriculum team to align activities with organizational goals.
• Address operational issues, track performance metrics, and report to the Activity Manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in education, sports management, early childhood development, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations, activity management, or program supervision, particularly in children’s education or sports.
• Proven experience in managing teams and optimizing operational processes.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Team player and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Montessori or early childhood educational principles is a plus. Experience in sports or activity management for children (gymnastics, multi-sports) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work across multiple locations.
• Passion for children’s education and development.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.
