About this position
This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance and Legal Officer at Servier in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Compliance and Legal Officer will be responsible to lead and drive Servier Thailand’s compliance programs and activities to ensure business practices and activities in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, PReMA code guideline, code of practices and internal compliance policies.

Requirements
• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field, MBA is preferable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, preferable with the multinational companies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to disseminate information.
• Good relationship with officers at the several departments of the compliance, as well as with other related authorities.
• Updated understanding of the relevant regulations in respect to compliance regulations.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its environment.
