About this position

Sertis is a leading Data and AI company based in Bangkok, providing customized solutions across various industries. The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist in recruitment processes and participate in People Operations projects, contributing to the company's aim of being a top global player in the Data and AI sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technology role recruitment processes
• Engage in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Participate in People Operations projects, including onboarding and intern programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create people team contents, assist in job fairs, connect with universities, and referral program
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any areas
• Strong interest in talent acquisition/recruitment with well-versed communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with learning agility
• Passion in technology area (AI, data analytics, machine learning, data science)
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Thai
