About this position

As a Senior Project Manager at Sertis, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of complex, high-impact projects related to AI, data, and software technologies, ensuring client satisfaction and effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Delivery: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, manage risks and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Technical Implementation Oversight: Manage technical implementation from inception to completion, including planning, supervision, and quality assurance.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with commercial teams, engineering leads, and other stakeholders for budgeting, resourcing, and backlog management.
• Client Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, build strong relationships, and understand their needs to translate them into technical aspects.
• Coaching and Mentorship: Guide and support other project managers in the team, helping them grow and manage their own projects effectively.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in project management with a focus on large-scale and complex technical projects such as AI, data, cloud and software technologies.
• Having experience dealing with various types of clients in Thailand, including Thai government sector.
• Excellent client facing, stakeholder management, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
• Strong English communication.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
