About this position

Due to a rapid expansion in Sertis, we are looking for a product manager who has passion to build products from scratch to fit the market.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will :
• Develop and communicate product vision and strategy in alignment with Sertis' overall business objectives
• Use market research, competitive analysis and user studies to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
• Communicate a product roadmap and strategy to stakeholders at all levels
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful product delivery
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with the development team to prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experience
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotion plans
• Provide guidance and support to sales and marketing teams for product launches and client engagements
• Build and nurture a strong community around Sertis's AI products, engaging with users through various channels
• Help to foster a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration within the product team

Requirements

You'll be successful if you have:
• A degree in Engineering and/or an BBA, MBA, or any related fields
• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in the AI or data domains
• Proven track record of successfully launching/managing products and ensure all dimensions of the business aspects for products are met (product-market fit, GTM, targeted clients, pricing strategy, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Data and AI technologies and their commercial application
