About this position
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Build and implement comprehensive marketing plans, focusing on events, public relations, social media, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Use data and analytics to assess marketing performance and make adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
• Guide a team of graphic designers, content writers, and PR officers, ensuring all materials meet high-quality and brand standards.
• Approve marketing content, including press releases, presentations, and other collateral.
• Create and implement brand-enhancing initiatives that elevate our market presence.
• Manage relationships with media outlets and PR agencies to ensure our messaging is consistent and impactful.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team, supporting their growth and ensuring their work aligns with company goals.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to provide direction and clarity on marketing objectives.
• Work closely with the executive team and other departments to ensure marketing/branding initiatives align with the company’s broader goals.
Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B marketing and branding.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
