Business Development Manager
About this position
As Business Development Manager at SERTIS, you will be responsible for Market Validation due diligence, designing and implementing Go-To-Market strategies, Commercial Deal Shaping, Business Case Development, and the Commercialization of SERTIS innovations and solutions.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Advise customers on how technology like data analytics or machine learning/ AI can help boost their business and KPIs
• Gather preliminary requirements in the presales process, perform basic stakeholder analysis, and develop and communicate commercial opportunity potential
• Participating in POC or MVP implementation by guiding feature prioritization aligned to a core business plan
• Shape deals and opportunities
• Support Account Management and Solution Delivery teams regarding solutioning or proposal preparation
• Help ensure customer satisfaction throughout project implementation
• Help build the business cases for technology-centered partnerships and international joint ventures
Requirements
You'll be successful if you have:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related fields, or relevant experience
• 5+ years of work experience in consulting, technology, or relevant domains, with BD work in software/data. big data/AI technology project presales is a plus
• Understanding of business and context-related problems to identify and present solutions
• Deep knowledge of Data and AI technology
• Ability to handle presale discussions in a client-facing environment; comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, from executives to working-team
• Ability to take a leadership role when necessary, present to executives at a business level, convey customer requirements into concept designs, and map business requirements to system/technical design
• Advanced proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite
