About this position

Sertis is a leading Data and AI company based in Bangkok, focused on providing customized solutions across various industries. The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in the hiring growth of internal teams, sourcing and screening candidates, and collaborating with other departments to meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies; be a subject-matter expert to give hiring advice to hiring managers.
• Source and attract top-tier tech talent through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
• Participate and be initiative in any peopleops team related projects such as job fairs, internship program, onboarding, employer branding, employee engagement, etc.
• Help with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 year experience as a talent acquisition, administration or customer service OR fresh grad who has strong interest in recruitment work is welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to exercise sound judgment; capable of interacting with management to recommend hiring advice.
• Strong English proficiency, both written/verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Have a good sense of data-driven recruitment practices and know how to tell story based on data is a plus.
• Have experience using recruitment/HR system (e.g., Greenhouse, BreezyHR, or BambooHR) is a plus.
