Associate People Partner / Human Resources and Administration (Junior level)
About this position
Our Associate People Partner ensures smooth administration and operation of our People Operations Department. Responsibilities include managing attendance, payroll, employee relations, and social welfare. You will support expatriates, organize company events, and oversee office equipment and supplies.
Responsibilities
• Perform administration and Human Resources Operation such as Attendance, Payroll, Employee Relationship, Social Welfare, Repairing and Maintenance, Office Equipment Management, etc.
• Assist in answering related issues about Human Resources to employees
• Provide documentation support to HR team and handle with paper works
• Responsible for preparing and processing and other Immigration matters for Expatriates
• Support company’s activities including company trip, new year party, meeting etc.
• Provide support of office management, office stationary & equipment, including all mailings and reception
• Help with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
• 1 year of experience in Human Resources, HR admin, or administration OR fresh grad who has strong interest in HR area
• People oriented, and results driven
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Able to handle and prioritise multiple different tasks.
• Strong at English communication
