About this position
Responsibilities
• Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand and address client needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with clients to define project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Project Management
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
• Implement effective project management methodologies and tools.
• IT Outsourcing Management:
• Source and manage IT resources, including freelancers and contractors.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of IT services.
• Monitor and optimize resource utilization.
• Financial Management:
• Manage timesheets and ensure accurate billing.
• Prepare and submit invoices and bills to clients.
• Handle procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Submit bills and cheques to the bank.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) is a plus.
