About this position

The Accounting/Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, compliance, analysis, budgeting, operations, and risk management to ensure the stability and integrity of financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and provide corresponding information in accordance with parent company policies and requirements.
• Ensure Compliance with Regulations:
• Manage financial records
• Analyze financial performance, provide insights on financial trends, and recommend improvements for financial efficiency
• Responsible for budgeting process by following the schedule and principles of parent company
• Responsible for establishing and reviewing the accounting and financial policies
• Manage daily accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable and tax related
• Responsible for month-end closing, financial analysis and reporting, taxation, accounts payable and receivable management
• Responsible for keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Identify and manage financial risks, develop strategy to ensure the stability and integrity of financial operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPD or CPA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• At least 5 years’ experience in accounting and finance, with 3 years in management role.
• Proficiency in accounting software. Familiar with ERP system is a plus
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
