Responsibilities
• Knowledge of documentation requirements and accurate and complete documentation for international shipments terms and acceptable payment and mode of shipment for assigned countries.
• Service all assigned customers, working to resolve problems or service issues they may occur.
• Monitoring direct and indirect material inventory control to maintain stock properly and efficiently (DOH / Days on hand).
• Coordinating the movement of goods from one country to another, involves working with freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
• Create purchase order and review material inventory in SAP to bring the correct information.
• Coordinate with concerned section for all relevant and solve problems with all concerns.
• Coordinate ISO documents, Supply Chain reports and KPI by monthly or as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degrees in supply chain management or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in import and export operations, basic and advanced features of internal systems, SAP, ERP, Import and Export procedures, acceptable payment terms and mode of shipment for assigned countries, familiar with document flow for international shipping documents, Export/Import regulations.
• Good command in English.
• Strong relationship and interpersonal skill, service minded, and has positive thinking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
