About this position
Sealed Air designs and delivers packaging solutions that protect essential goods transported worldwide, preserve food, enable e-commerce and digital connectivity, and help create a global supply chain that is touchless, safer, less wasteful, and more resilient. The HRBP will provide leadership and oversight to the Thailand team, supporting plant management to build a positive culture.
Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and oversight to Thailand team
• Support plant management to build positive culture.
• Manage the recruitment and induction process to ensure we attract, recruit and retain top talent.
• Preparing contracts, undertaking pre-employment checks, and other onboarding tasks.
• Working closely with the APAC HR Manager to undertake staff communication meetings to ensure alignment with Asia Pacific regional initiatives.
• Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate.
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and report.
• Manage training budget.
• Orientation new employee including subcontractor.
• Ensure employee profile up to date to MSA.
• Assist with checking time and attendance reports and processing the monthly payroll.
• Government report exe. Social Security Fund, Personal Incomes Tax, Student Loan, Provident Fund report etc.
• Keep Leave record and report up to date.
• Coordinate and provide annual budgeting to Finance.
• Work with the Regional HR Manager to run the annual appraisals process.
• Action outputs from the appraisals in relation to personal development, disciplinary action and succession planning.
• Working with the Regional HR Manager to deal with staff performance issues.
• Responsibility for developing strategies to improve engagement.
• Development and ensuring healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace.
• Research on labour laws, healthcare regulations, best practices etc.
• Performing audits of the ISO system.

• Strong experience in HR management and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in performance management and employee relations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
