About this position

The Junior Data Analyst position in the Manufacturing department focuses on managing and executing the production of goods while ensuring effective data management to support high-volume production.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret the manufacturing data to generate actionable insights. E.g. visualization, dashboard, etc.
• Design and develop simple, user-friendly web applications to simplify data entry and management.
• Collaborate with manufacturing frontlines to understand manufacturing requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Preferred skill, would be advantage:
o Experience with automating tasks to improve data entry and workflow efficiency.

o Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform or any other low-code platform is a plus
o Experience with web application development using modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in both data analysis and web development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Experience with statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
• Open to candidates who demonstrate a strong aptitude and willingness to learn, even with less experience.
