About this position

The Head Failure Analysis group supports Released Product Team organizations across the globe providing analysis results of head failure to concern team to take an action for yield improvement. The Head Failure Analysis teams are located in the US, China and Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for HFA equipment management for both hardware and software to deliver equipment to support HFA job on time per timeline.
• Work with responsible area owner to verify and improve for HFA process and failure analysis lab.
• Initiate new technique and method for failure analysis lab to have more capability and accuracy.
• Improve and develop new failure analysis techniques on all failure analysis tools to improve root cause identification capability and efficiency.
• Can management and prioritize FA Job.
• Do basic FA assignments such as prepare data (using Excel) for FA engineers, operate FA equipment, etc.
• Can do routine assignment which has various jobs.

Requirements

• Good command of reading and written English.
• Active and initiative person.
• Understanding failure background, provide analysis and method to get high accuracy failure analysis result.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Have sufficient related knowledge (Microsoft office, ESD awareness, equipment etc.).
• Electronic and electrical skills (electronic and electrical circuit analysis).
• Electronic and electrical measurement and analysis tools.
