Customer Quality Engineer (Korat Plant)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Lead and collaborate to take charge of customer issues, lead meetings with internal and external teams, and work together to identify and resolve challenges
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring customer quality and improving integration and field performance
• Conduct First Article Inspections and prepare detailed customer quality reports
• Be responsible for hosting onsite customer audits and visits, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Support New Products in the qualification and launch of new products with our customers

• Fluent in English both written and spoken (proficiency in Chinese is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher degree and/or relevant experience
• Experience in supporting customers and addressing their needs
• Familiarity with HDD (Hard Disk Drive) manufacturing processes
• Skilled in analyzing data to drive improvements
• Certified Professional: 8D / 6-Sigma certification is a plus
