About this position

The Workforce Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, forecasting, and scheduling of workforce resources to optimize operational efficiency, supporting business with operational reporting and data management, and ensuring service delivery meets organizational goals. This role involves collaborating with various departments to align workforce strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical data and trends to accurately forecast staffing needs and workload demands.
• Develop and implement efficient scheduling strategies that maximize productivity while ensuring adequate coverage.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce efficiency and service levels, making adjustments as necessary.
• Generate and present reports on workforce metrics, providing insights to management for decision-making.
• Work closely with HR, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment on workforce strategies and goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in workforce management practices and implement best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of workforce management, data analysts, and Real Time Floor Management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field or having past working experiences that would have a strong influence on the position.
• Have experience in the credit business and financial industry is a plus.
• Proven experience in workforce management, scheduling, operations management, project management, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in workforce management software/tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
