Workforce Management Lead
About this position
Responsibilities
• Analyze historical data and trends to accurately forecast staffing needs and workload demands.
• Develop and implement efficient scheduling strategies that maximize productivity while ensuring adequate coverage.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce efficiency and service levels, making adjustments as necessary.
• Generate and present reports on workforce metrics, providing insights to management for decision-making.
• Work closely with HR, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment on workforce strategies and goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in workforce management practices and implement best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of workforce management, data analysts, and Real Time Floor Management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field or having past working experiences that would have a strong influence on the position.
• Have experience in the credit business and financial industry is a plus.
• Proven experience in workforce management, scheduling, operations management, project management, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in workforce management software/tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
